These terms apply to work carried out by Power House Pressure Washing and Cleaning Solutions, LLC. They sit alongside the written quote we give you — where a quote is more specific about scope or price, the quote governs.
Quotes are free and are based on the surfaces, size and condition we are shown or told about. If conditions on site are materially different from what was described, we will stop and agree a revised price with you before continuing — we do not add charges without telling you. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, along with a working outdoor water supply and, where needed, an outdoor power outlet. Please move vehicles and any fragile items out of the work area, and keep pets indoors while we are on site.
Cleaning reveals what is underneath. Failed paint, loose mortar, rotten timber, cracked render, damaged screens, oxidised finishes and previously repaired areas can look worse once the dirt is removed, and can fail during normal cleaning. We inspect first and will flag concerns before we start, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for defects that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand.
If you are not happy with the result, tell us before we leave or contact us afterwards and we will come back and make it right. Some staining is permanent — deeply set oil, rust, etching and UV damage may not fully clear, and we will tell you honestly when we expect that to be the case rather than promise otherwise.
Exterior cleaning is weather dependent. We may reschedule for rain, storms, high wind or freezing conditions and will let you know as early as we can. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to move or cancel a booking so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed contract terms in writing. We are licensed and insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
